The staff was great and knew their products. They took their time and explained thoroughly. THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY DOES NOT OFFER A WIDE ARRAY OF PRODUCTS ESPECIALLY THE SMALL PORTABLE OXYGEN CONCENTRATORS AND I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH PRODUCTS OFFERED. They are big and bulky and I think the company is fobbing off the slow sellers on patients.
