This store has always been such a blessing to help us with things we needed for medical issues. They've always had what we needed and even a few more things we had not thought of were available. We used to go to Bill's Prescription when I was a child, many. many years ago when Brandon was first beginning to form. Thank you for all of your business professional, courteous and helpful ways in helping people when they face the difficult times in life.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with.
Customer service was deplorable.. They refused to sell a catheter to a paraplegic in desperation. I had purchased them there before without a problem but when I became desperate all of a sudden I needed a prescription. Online you don't need a prescription because it's not an FDA requirement. I've been a para for 30 yrs and needed help to get a job so I had 2 days to take a pee test and the 6" intermediate caths are very difficult to cath and hold a cup while sitting on the toilet.
So with this company you can't expect them to be there when you need them and their prices are ridiculously high anyway. I was just desperate and ddin't want to get urine all over my hand. I wanted a longer foley cath from them
