As a previous employee of this company...STAY AWAY!!! This place is horribly managed and all they care about is being able to set up as many people as possible. They don't care about you just making their numbers. Even if you call to D/C your services they will keep you on for the month so that they don't "lose" any more numbers than they have too. Suzanne Darrah Kraft, the CM, is a total witch. She also talks crap about the patients behind their back and even some of the employees. She promises to call people back but never does. She even hides in her office if she sees you walking into the building- just look for her silver prius to be parked in the parking lot. Jeremy Felts, the district manager, is so two faced and cannot be trusted. Sure he is hot and will flirt around behind his pretty wifes back, but dont let that fool you. The only hard worker and the only one who cares about his patients is the sales rep Scott. Nate, the bald one, has hepatitis and does drugs on a daily basis. Ted, the drivers manager, always promises people to come out but then hangs up the phone and says "too bad, they can use their conentrator". Overall this place is a shit hole. They are in debt and do not care. They scam insurance companies by insurance fraud. They are also racist. They always make comments about blacks, asians, and mexicans to name a few. Please please please do not go to this company if you need respiratory needs!!! Even the hospitals and doctors offices do not want to refer to them...trust me I work at a major hospital in Wichita and they HATE Lincare!!!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

this company in Wichita does not care about it clinics. They are lazy and very uncareing and not helpful at all. I would not refer anyone to this company.

It is impossible to speak with a human being at Lincare once a very nice person has set you up and they start billing away. We moved over six months ago and have tried for over eight months to get them to stop billing for services never rendered. They appear to have a staff of two or fewer.
