Extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. Could have bought what I needed online much cheaper.monthly bill went up 5x because insurance deductible cycled to beginning of the year. They made a billing mistake and I kept getting very annoying collection calls because of their mistake!!!! Person in billing service could not speak English very well and was pushy and rude. Do not recommend! Run fast and far!

She barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. This one staff member was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. She didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd be afraid to go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. The staff in past experiences are very friendly..The only gal that is not unfortunately is the one who answers the phone..SHE IS SOOO RUDE...and I was in there the other day and she was SOOO RUDE to whoever she was talking to on the phone then..TERRIBLE...Her name is Mariam...Scolded me when I called back and told her I fixed the problem for my uncle myself..She asked me why I went behind her back...Are you kidding me??? Terrible...

Horrible company to work with. Pick-up times and deliveries must be scheduled for their convenience, not the patient's. They did not explain expected costs well at all and we are asking for a review of our account. They have sent us to collection agency without proper notification of an over-due amount. We believe they are over-chargning us, especially now that I have been told many different stories by their staff.
