Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

I have used NAPS from their beginning. I trust this company completely with all my supply needs. Their professional staff is absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I also appreciate receiving reminders when it is time to replace my supplies. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked.
