They would instanly yell at me that my insurance would not pay for an item, leave me with dead silence then come back and say i'll check with book keeping,under 2 seconds later they would say we are sending 1 out. This wwent on for years. And the insurance would pay. What is going on there? is it a game if chicken? If the insurance company won't pay, then we are stuck with bill. The bill without insurance is of course higher than a co-pay after an insurance company has paid.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Not at all, its out in the boondocks

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
