So my son broke his big toe and we went to the local urgent care. We left a a foot brace for his leg. Was told all would be billed to insurance that it was covered. Well my insurance paid $7 dollars and SME billed me for the rest $23.
All this would be fine, but they are selling the same brace for $10 dollars and change. How is this fair? I guess I am paying for 2 other peoples braces. Isn't this always the case? Those that work hard and do the right thing just keep getting screwed. Next time you break something minor, ask what brace you will need, and order it online, it will save your hard earned money.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule.

i had the same experience as above. the doctor gave me a brace with out telling me that id be charged. thought my insurance would cover everything. when i exited the office and signed papers to leave and signed a paper say i assume all liability with knowledge i was signing it. the charged me 116 dollars for a ankle brace that online is 50 at the most expensive i found it. they were unwilling to help. i would advise anyone to not do business with this company and be aware as to what your doctor is putting on you when ur hurt

This company has provided me with a custom made heel wedge for my shoe that did not improve my condition (as it was supposed to) but rather made it worse. They have also billed me for this item, and when I complained, they did not want to hear anything and only wanted their money. Essentially, they made me pay for something that only had a negative effect. Be aware - they have reps in doctors' offices - do not trust their products and better stay away.
