This company is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with before. I have had them miss appointments, fail / forget to pick up equipment. Not properly record deliveries or update records and as others have stated not pick up phone calls or return calls after leaving messages. I do not understand how they run their business and stay open for business . The only way I can remotely get to speak to someone is if I complain enough to my doctor about their service and then they get in touch with them so its like playing phone tag. When they finally do get in contact with me I tell them how bad their service is and they think I am making a joke, no I am not, this is the single worst company that I have EVER dealt with.

My doctor had to fax my prescription in to them 3 times. They never contacted me. Finally I was able to actually speak with someone on the phone ( most messages left went into a general voice-mailbox and no one ever called me back). They assured me my CPAP replacement parts had been shipped out. A few days later, I received a call from someone who had very poor command of the english language. She told me I had a Co-payment due of $13. I was a bit upset they could not just send out the parts along with a bill, but I gave them my Flex card # to charge the payment. After a week or 2 went by and still no parts delivered, I called them again to inquire and was told my card was rejected. I know I had enough to cover the $13, but I gave them another card #. That was a week ago and I am still waiting for my parts. ( I have been waiting for close to 3 months). I hope if you decide to use this company, you are not relying on them to deliver Oxygen supplies. Unfortunately, the system will not let me give them less than half a star.

Dealing with this company is so frustrating. They claimed they do not get my faxes, they do noy call patients back, they lie to the referral sources. Every time I called them i get transfered at least 3 times and talking to a supervisor is even worse than talking to the recepcionist, she has no idea of medical equipment or insurances guidelines.

They are not open on sunday to take calls, on weekdays they connect you to a recorder,leave message, they need to hire more phone answerers at least

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. However, I have had some problem when I call, am told to leave a message, and do not receive a call back.
