They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I recently moved to Staten Island and needed some medical supplies and orthopedic lifts ony shoes. The staff on the phone were super friedly and helpful. When I got there, every one was cheerful and helpful & I didn't feel like a stranger. The orthopedic shoe work was prompt and excellent. As a retired RN, I could see that they have a great supply of medical supplies & equipment there. I feel lucky to have found this place.… makes me smile!

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.
