It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The floor was littered with paper flakes and there was product all over. Some product was on the floor near a table. One of only two chairs for clients was filled with a box with product spilling over the top. The people in the office mostly ignored me after finding out why I was there.
However, I was able to relax during my appointment here. Alvin makes sure I was comfortable and at ease. I received an abundant amount of information to my questions and he seemed very knowledgeable about all of the equipment . He made an effort to make the equipment fit.
