Customer service is mediocre at best. It took over 10 working days to finally get an appt. from one of their sales consultants. Once I received my equipment I was back charged for head gear and replacement parts that I never requested.

I have recently placed an order, by mail. I have received three duplicates, requiring two to be sent back. Calling for shipping label. This is what happens when you have to constantly talk to a machine, rather then a person. Concerned about payment, and ins. coverage. Sorry could be much better communications.
