He listened to me & explained everything. The only negative thing I can say is that the face mask provided is not working that well for me. I called & they are supposed to be sending a different face mask to me but it’s been several weeks & I still don’t have it. Otherwise, this is a great place.

I would rather have all my teeth pulled out with no pain meds than deal with Cresscare. I was in Carlisle hospital for 3 days in icu due to low oxygen stats. Cresscare claimed I needed a new oxygen order since my current one said to use oxygen at night and upon exertion. I called them to order a new supply of oxygen. They claimed Carlisle hospital said I had not been a patient there. This was not the first time trouble was lurking at Cresscare. I told them I wasn't going to debate the problem and advised them if things were not straightened out all of this was going on the internet. Only then did they deliver the needed oxygen.

We used to order by phone and have supplies shipped to our home. They messed up order and blamed us (it was their fault) so will no longer mail us anything. If we want supplies we have to drive to store. Very unfriendly when stopping into store. Complain that we didn't make an appointment even though no one else was there and they were free, just didn't like us stopping in. This is a retail store, right?

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
