Customer Service and employee knowledge of products and billing was AWFUL. No matter who I spoke to they could not answer my questions.
I received a bill for a product that was forced upon me in my Doctor's office and had no idea I would end up paying for it later. I assumed it was a covered benefit.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
