Unprofessional and inept. Unable to perform the simple task of ordering a part and notifying me upon it's arrival. If there was a way I could do business with Invacare myself I would.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I did not feel safe with them at all. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. There were constant billing issues where the Medical Store claimed insurance would not cover specific items or repairs but the insurance provider has no record of them even trying to make a claim. The few times they did cover an item they replaced it with the wrong part and had to come back a second trip or the part was defective and they claimed they could not get replacement parts for it (all within a month of originally purchasing the defective product). This place is a rip off and they are dishonest, rude, insensitive, careless, unprofessional, and generally worthless. I would never ever recommend this operation to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS STORE, there are other far more friendly and more professional operations in the area who offer much better customer service. You will only be disappointed with the medical store, I know I was.
