Their staff was not friendly at all, and in fact were quite rude and insulting. Their Prices are VERY high. Similar items going for 40-50% less at other places

They are a bit old-fashioned in the way they deliver their service, and their shop is a little cluttered, but they do know their business, and once you get used to them, you'll always go back there, as I have. The ladies there are tough negotiators, but it's obvious to me that they have heart, and want to help as much as they can. Try to deal with Enoch directly if you want to save a little money. Don't hesitate in choosing these guys!

I first met the reps of this company at a "health fair" at the assisted living facility where I live. I happened to ask them about replacement arm rests for my wheelchair (mine were looking pretty seedy). I was delighted to learn that they could do that, and would do it the next day for me. They not only replaced the arm rests, but they lubricated the moving parts of my hospital bed for no charge while they were here! I am delighted with the service: rapidity + excellent workmanship. I couldn't ask for more.
