Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

We drive some distance to go to this clinic, because they are friendly and economical. Since we have multiple pets, it is much more affordable than local providers.! We have always left there satisfied.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Never, they are very reliable.
