They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.
