They have the WORST service!!!!! My doctor referred me to see Dr. Liu, when I called they told me Dr. Liu won't be availible until a month later. So I told them I'll call back. Then the person on the phone told me that next availible one will Dr. shatty, once i seen a doctor i kn always switch. So i trusted her, i went ahead to schedule an appt for dr. shatty. guess what, after i done the 1st visit and wants to reschedule for Dr. liu like what they said. the receiption just went like, no u have to stick with dr. shatty, that's our policy. without listening to me and explaining to me. she went serve someone else.
