I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I have known Dr. Barrett for many years. He has been consistently caring and personable whether in the office or if I see him in town. I originally saw Dr. Barrett for a difficult shoulder injury which he was able to help with out having to refer me to an orthopedic. My whole family has seen Dr. Barrett from my husband on down to my youngest child. The reason I first started going to him was because when we first met he told me he wouldn't keep me coming back unless I really needed treatment. This statement let me know he was not out tojust get money but was really interested in me as a person.

The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Over the last 10 years I have found Dr.Barrett and his staff to be skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. I enjoy my visits and feel like family.
