Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The examining rooms at Midvalley Animal Clinic's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
