I was life flighted there. the nurses were ggreat but the doctors didnt seem to care less. I was hit by a 40mph vehicle and couldnt walk on crutches to the bathroom but they released me bc i had no insurance, And as for pain, i was given hardly nothing until i left and they gave me enough to OD on.(16 percoset 10s a day!)i wouldnt take my dog back there.n i have a head ijury that they dont even address when im nausea n dont want food and have lost 30lbs in 10 weeks,14 lbs of it was in a 2 week period!

This service at the hopsital was great, but dealing with them afterwards is horrible. It took less than 24 hours to decide my son in law wasn't going to survive his car accident, but it has taken 6 six and we still do not have a death certificate. How can a building full of so called intelligent people make a life or death decision so quick but can't put out a piece of paper in 6 weeks. No one will help, everyone has either been ignorant or rude, I was even hung up on once. Your customer service is piss poor, wish he was never taken to U of L to begin with. Sorry for you the inconvenience we have caused you all. I would rather die getting transported to another hospital than having to deal with U of L again. My daughter and grandson are doing without because you all can't manage to fill in the blanks.
