I didnt visit this office, however I contacted them to see what it would cost for an office visit because I have a sick cat. I was told the office visit would be $45 and then it would go up from there. I am on a fixed income and money is tight. I asked the receptionist if they offer payment plans and was told no because people dont pay. I guess they would prefer to allow an animal to die rather than help them . Gee, even if a human goes to a hospital without insurance, they are helped. They arent just left to die. I thought this was why Veterinarians went into this field, was to help animals, but it sounds like its more for the money. Its a sad day when a Vet clinic wont help a sick animal. I have since found out that my cat probably has a blockage and will more than likely require surgery. I cant afford it. Without a payment plan she wont get the care she needs. She will die. This will be on the hands of all of the Vet Clincs I contacted. Thank you for allowing my animal to die.

I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
