I was able to get an appointment right away so that part was good. I took a hard fall and twisted my knee and hit my back on a table. The doctor did not give me an X-ray of my back after explaining to him what happened and predicted that is was torn muscle tissue. The next day I was in extreme pain and put in a call twice to the nurse and doctor and never returned my call. The next day I went to my regular doctor and they took X-rays and found I had two broken ribs.
I would not recommend the CMH Center in Camarillo and will never go there again. Obviously they don't care about their patients.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
