They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Dr. even gave her home phone number in case we had problems after hours.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
