Dr David Visser has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Dr. Visser is trying everything possible within our budget to treat her illness our cat isdefinitely a priority here and it shows. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
