They don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust. You are referred to Magnolia Vet in Anderson. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Dr. Oliver and Dr. Stroud are exceptional vets; they are professional and the staff was helpful and nice. Would recommend them over anyone.
