Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine.

Excellent people--they were very compassionate and professional during a difficult time. Recently my cat became seriously ill with a fatal virus and had to take him in twice during emergency hours--once on a Monday evening, the other on a Sunday--both times, the doctors and staff were kind--didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them at all.

The doctors explained all my options fully, allowed me to make my own choice, and supported my difficult decision to put him down without judging me. One week after I lost him, they sent me a sympathy card signed by everyone at the office. I will bring my future pets there.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
