The Veterinarians have been wonderful. The receptionist (older woman) was very rude, did not answer my questions, behaved like I had no right to ask what I was asking and makes the office feel inhospitable.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I just called for office hours and to check availability for a canine nail trim. Whoever answered the phone was very crabby and had no social skills. Never even said hello or goodbye! Just moved into area and will NOT be going there. Unreal.

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

This is a team of people that are an intricate part of their community and are very family oriented. They are there to help you when you need them and have the answers. I have appreciated their help often.
