I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Love this vet and would recomend it to anyone. Denis Ross is amazing!
