I was looking for a reasonable but good vet, one who appreciates my philosophy that pets are animals not humans. The staff only does what is necessary for good health and at a reasonable price. The boarding services were outstanding and reasonable as well.

My experience with this clinic have been super good for 32 years!! Now that they have grown it would be nice if there was a contingency plan for the "established patients" to continue to see the doctor in a timely fashion. Maybe the practice should close to new patients so the old ones can continue to be patients. I don't think all the established patients should have to change clinics and all the new patients get all the appointments. We need to discuss this seriously.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
