Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Yes

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Yes, they called right on time

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

I have used this clinic for every one of my pets and wouldn't think of taking them elsewhere. The doctor and his staff know my animals (and me) well and explain treatments, expected behaviors, and such with patience and understanding. The caring attitude of this office makes a trip to the vet MUCH less anxiety producing for both my pet and me!

It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while .Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
