There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Great Vet for horses in particular because they have invested greatly in the facilities. This makes finding answers more affordable - for example, we were struggling with lameness issues, and just by visiting Countryside, we can trot the horse on different surfaces, lunge him, ride him ... get x-rays done etc. Because it's all on site, you get results from x-rays, bloodwork, any tests like that, you have the results right there while you wait, so you can make a decision on the spot about your next step in treatment. This has ended up meaning that treating our horses ends up costing less overall, for better service.
