The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either.

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days.
