DON'T RELY ON THEM!!! We used them for years and loved them. Then we had our pregnant dog go into labor and they knew it was going to be that week and they did not have time to do the c-section. We ended up having to go elsewhere. Year and a half later we called them about two weeks before she is due to go into labor and they gave us the emergency number and said they will take care of her and we can do payments. We got home at 6 pm and noticed she went into labor during the day and called and the vet on the emergency number told us to go elsewhere and she did not care since we were rude the first time!!! Yeah we were not happy but were not horrible about it!!!! We ended up going to Mexico Animal Hospital and will from now on. They are by far a lot better of a vet. We called her and she came from Columbia to Mexico as soon as we called her and was able to save the puppy!!

Not really, it could be better

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Somewhat, they should have been more polite

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
