They were not late to my appointments. I showed up early and they were ready and prepared. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
