They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.
