They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary.

They say they do but I've never received one

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were so kind and attentive to me. They always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They went out of their way to make my pet comfortable with them before starting any procedure. They were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care.
