It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once.

I've had three family dogs frequent this Animal Hospital and had no idea the extent of their excellence until I moved and was forced to use another vet for my new puppy. Needless to say...I now drive an hour + to bring my Bailey to Plymouth Animal Hospital. They treat everyone with respect and will do what's best for your animal without over charging. Greatly appreciate all their hardwork and years of GREAT SERVICE!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose.

This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
