I can always get an appointment by phone. They wrote a homeowner's policy on my newly acquired house at Maggie Valley, N.C. one month ago march 4th,2011, and exactly 30days later their chosen provider cancelled the policy for vague and unethical reasons. Be aware the premium was paid a year in advance at the closing. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I only know of their cancellation by third party information due to their contacting my mortgage lender. They have all of my contact info including e-mail address, yet no official contact with me as of late april 4th, 2011. I did contact them early evening on the 4th of april to make them aware of my concern, and in turn asked for help in resolving the matter.
