My kids loved Dr. Bizub and she was fair and was only focused on what was best for my kids. I don't care what people say, I agree with the person who said they are just unhappy because they did not get what they wanted! Dysfunctional parents are not the best judges of who is a good evaluator. Dr. Bizub was great and she was spot on in everything she said, even things about me that were not so positive, they were still the truth! She will listen to your kids, is kind, caring, and works all hours of the day, as well as weekends. I highly recommend Dr. Bizub!!!

Dr. Bizub did a great job with our case. People who don't like her are just unhappy because they did not get what they wanted. She has been unfairly criticized because of this. My children felt like she really listened to what they wanted and that she cared. If you realize who it is that she deals with, i.e. divorcing parents in the middle of a custody fight, then it is not difficult to realize why they say the things they do. She was fair, gave us her cell phone number, responded to us on evenings and weekends, etc. Who does that??!!!! And she was always there for my children when they were upset about what was going on. Kudos to Dr. Bizub!!! I laughed at the person who called her a monster!! That is most definitely someone talking about themself!! Probably someone who put their kids through a bunch of crap!!!!

I was ordered to hire a CFI and then a PR. Marlene Bizub was the person I hired. I couldnt give her a worse report. She is a monster. My ex was relocating to ABQ New Mexico. I was to remain in Colorado My kids were born here in Colorado and that's where I wanted them to stay We had 50\50 custody prior to my ex wife's petition to relocate. Bizub after a 10 min interview with my children recommended that my children be relocated to ABQ. My oldest daughter who is 12 has had poor grades in her new school since the move she was on the principals honor roll prior to her move. Her step dad is only home 2 days a week. She has sent me a postcard expressing her sadness and regrets about moving. Bizub said she would travel to ABQ to evaluate the home and surroundings there, she did not, she lied. My ex's new husband has been arrested for DV.....twice Dr. Bizub wasn't concerned about this at all. She failed to report my concerns about my ex wife's loose behavior and introducing strange men into my children's lives. She was late to EVERY appt. She brought her dog to an appt. on one occasion. She failed to do more than half of the things I hired her to do. She's a liar and a fraud. I have nothing good to say about that woman.

The worst person I have ever dealt with in my life! She comes up with every excuse known to man of why she can't do her fulfill her obligation in her own contract.. She is real nice until she gets her money after that good luck trying to get a hold of her. She tells kids she is "their voice" and she works "only for them." Gives the children hope and then does absolutely nothing.

This provider was hired as a Family Investigator in my husband's modification of parenting plan case. She showed up over 2 hours late for the home appointment and stayed maybe 20 minutes total. His ex was given over 2 months to gather the information and interviews requested and he was given less than a week. She left us feeling confident that he would not lose his kids but her report was completely contradictory. Thank goodness the judge completely disregarded her report and "expert testimony" and denied their mother's demands. She is completely unprofessional and very biased in her views. I would never agree to hire her for anything ever again. Biggest mistake and waste of money ever made!

This "Professional" is far from ethical and believes she is above the law. A perfect example of why regulations need to be in place to govern a person conducting a P.R.E. which is also confusing as to the statute for parental responsibility evaluations states that it must be signed by a Licenced Mental Health Provider. SHE IS NOT LICENSED! She is a nonlicensed psychotherapist, so why is the court even appointing her as one, this woman ruins lives and as stated in other posts. She is a protege of one of the biggest frauds in court appointed P.R.E's. Record all of your meetings, ask for monthly invoices(as her reports take sometimes years to complete), notify court of any and all complaints and don't worry about getting a subpar report as that is her normal she took over 2 years and a report with less than 10 pages was all that was produced, disregarding all documents and interviews. Ask for a different court appointed person, it is your right. This review is not because the report was not in my favor, I did get more time with my children than before. The reason for my review and complaint is the children where never put first at any point. I can only imagine how many lives and relationships have been destroyed by this person. STAY AWAY!!!!! Should be a -5 Stars Rating selection!!!

Marlene should have accountability for her many failures and out right fraud. Please file your complaints with DORA. Department of Regulatory Agencies. Enough complaints and she will lose her license.
