Agree with the last review. Mary Gina is a joke! Has her phone next to her the entire hour and looks at it every time it dings (yes, the volume is all the way up!). Does not provide unbias support, but rather constantly talks about herself and her life. Don't waste your time and money!!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
