I have been a patient of Mary Lou Philage for three years and my life has changed in that time. As one who suffers with depression and anxiety, I have sought counseling in every city where I lived in the last twenty-five years. I have said some crazy things during sessions, but Mary Lou has never responded with sarcasm or scolding like my other therapists. From the minute you meet her, Mary Lou is warm, welcoming and focused on you. Her brilliant strategies have lead me to a better place. My thinking has changed and so has my behavior. My relationships with family, friends and coworkers have also improved over time. I know how difficult it is to make the call for help, but you will be glad you did if you call Mary Lou Philage.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I go to Mary Lou for hypnotherapy specifically for chronic pain. My previous insurance covered her but my current doesn't cover anyone but PhD's (why I don't understand). Her hypnotherapy has worked great for me, along with other modalities that I use for my disabilities, so we worked out a payment plan. She has been most helpful to me.
