My daughter saw her for 6 months. She took the usual approach to help her. Nothing extra special. She took a sudden medical leave of absence and said she will return to seeing patients in about 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks, I get a phone call that she has moved her office suddenly to twice the distance for me. It was way too far to travel each week (over an hour). I informed her that we couldn't continue. In the 6 weeks of her absence, a major event (for the positive) took place. During our phone conversation, I wanted to let her know. When she heard the good news, she acted like she really didn't give a hoot. She also did not seem to be sorry or apologetic for not letting me know that her office had relocated or for ending the way it ended. Good bye! We found another therapist that helped her much more than she did. It ended up a good thing that we ended. I got her the help she needed, and not from Kimberley.
