Julie is biased and unprofessional. I gave her many months of my time and money. She basically blamed depression and ignored the elephant in the room (my unfaithful husband.) Even after finding messages on his phone that were sexual in nature, she defended him and told me it was in my head. I regret having put my faith, trust and health in this woman’s care.

I wish I had gone to someone else from the onset. This woman is not qualified for her position. In my opinion I would have been better talking to my girlfriends, instead of her. I went to her based on a suggestion from someone I work with in the Health Care industry. After my experience I asked around, a lot of couples after attending her end up divorced. There is usually only one of them happy. It is usually the man. She gravitates towards a males approval. She often works with children, I would love to see how they end up? If you love yourself, or your child go to someone else. After 6 or so visits with Julie, I went somewhere else. Ask around, especially if you are in couples therapy. Billings has so many choices, don't waste your money of your time with Julie Hecker.

Worst person to talk to ever. She was biased and made suggestions that were beyond her degree. I pray no one in need of serious help goes to her. She is out of touch with reality and should loose her license. She allowed my ex husband to manipulate her and washed his hands of any responsibility he should have taken for his bad behavior. This person will not help you.

Julie has been helpful in our family therapy in both sensitivity and being direct where necessary. Although there have been occasions where she's taken things at face value that may have more complexity to them, she has seemed to sort these out well in the long run. Our family has only been seeing her for a few months, so time will tell. Responding to the previous review, I haven't found any of the problems this person has. She's quite professional and friendly, and seems to really care about maintaining confidentiality and impartiality. Some people just might not like what they hear from her, because she doesn't mind be direct and honest with you.

You would think a clinical SOCIAL worker would know how to talk to people, but this one is not very welcoming. She was unfriendly, distant and biased, and judgemental. It was not easy to reach her, and took no responsibility for not calling me back. She didn't give me advice that would benefit me or solve any problems, actually she made the rift in my family worse by telling my family members what they wanted to hear instead of what needed to be worked on. She only cared about what would make the most money and tried to double bill my insurance. Also her patient confientiality was a joke, in the waiting room, you could hear voices comming from her office. Her fix for this? A alarm clock radio turned up loud. Seriously, no joke, a $10 alarm clock. She is one of the most unprofessional, irresponsible health care "professional" I have ever had to deal with. The whole experience was a nightmare. I went to another LCPC in town and she advised me to file a complaint against her which is exactly what I will do.
