It was a very informative visit with Dr Chernoff. He was very attentive to hear what I had to say and explained the options to me in great detail. I am planning on going back for some minor cosmetic options when all this covid-19 is over. I was a little nervous at first but after hearing that men of all ages are having just as much cosmetic surgery as women I felt at ease and could enjoy the visit.

I am extremely pleased with the results of my procedure and so happy that I had it done. The recovery went very well and I did not experience any pain! Also, I am extremely pleased with all of the additional services such as facials, lasers and botox. Dr. Chernoff, Julie and Jennifer are always so kind, helpful and most importantly, excellent at what they do! This is an exceptional Dr. and staff and I am so glad I found them.

Julie is always great to work with. Her expertise is great. I had some Botox today and then I asked about Kybella for my jawline. She gave me her best opinion. Unfortunately she said I wasnt a candidate because of my age and the amount of skin I had so she suggested a face lift.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Saved me time by completing pre-surgery portion that day. Asked me several times if I wanted something to drink.

I had a consultation with Dr. Chernoff more than a year ago. It went very well and I was impressed with his approach and service. I ultimately did not elect to complete the procedure due to cost and recovery time. I was recently in to discuss another procedure with a nurse (Julie, I believe) which was less expensive and had less down time. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, I had to leave in order to make it home in time to get my daughter off of the bus. It was disappointing because I had rearranged my work day for this appointment.

I have never gone in and waited less than 30 minutes for my appointment, Usually, its 45. There is no water. The television is always on extremely loud and the front desk staff will stop talking to you in the middle of a sentence to answer the phone and continue helping a customer on the phone without even asking if they are alright with going on hold. Even when you are put in a room, you wait a good 10 to 30 minutes to be seen. The doctors are friendly and seem knowledge able but do not explain anything and rush through any questions you might have, literally trying to walk out the door even when you are sitting there confused or concerned. If they are so busy they routinely cannot be courteous to their patients then they should stop overbooking. Being treated unprofessionally with your time on a regular basis is rude and disrespectful. It takes months to get appointments even as a preexisting patient with a need to be in on a regular interval. I hate coming into my appointments because I know I will just be sitting around for the better part of an hour.
