I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. Dr. David Langford is AWESOME!!!

I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
