The office is plain and simple, and my dog was taken into an exam room in short order. The dog seemed to like the assistant and the vet. My dog had had a blood test/panel a few weeks earlier elsewhere, and they did not require a repeat of it before minor surgery, saving about $100. The vet took time to reassure and explain to me how he would be very careful with this older dog during anesthesia and surgery. The wound healed well, and the dog was happy to return for a check-up. Overall cost was 1/3 lower than another clinic had quoted me. My only criticism: the top of the wall right next to the air ducts in the exam room needed a dusting or washing.
