Dr Bown is an awesome veterinarian. She is extrememly professional, knowledgeable and kind. My dog loves going there and even loves staying over night when we go out of town. Her staff is sweet and prompt and we love using Dr Brown.

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
