I called about a cat someone had dropped here, it had some kind of injury to its leg.But you wanted nothing to do with it. I guess I won't be back.you are not a caring or compassionate place.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, I have complete faith in their care.
