I have used this vet my entire life. They are excellent with my animals. I have an 12 year old dog, and with his old age he visits them often. The staff knows him by name and treats him like a prince. All my question get answered and i have never heard of a vet making quicker appointments than they do. I always recommend them to anyone in the area.

This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care.
